The company provides exceptional living experiences for second- and third-year university students, with over 900 large properties in 24 cities across the UK. They aim to deliver high-quality services and ensure that students have access to comfortable and modern accommodations during their time at university.

Job Description

This graduate role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop skills in financial and operational performance management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the transition and integration of new acquisitions into the business
  • Developing and managing the ambassador and agent network to achieve letting and financial objectives
  • Organizing and managing the annual tenant handover process planning and delivery each summer
  • Supporting the implementation and embedding of planned new digital business processes
  • Leading performance improvement projects and initiatives, working with team members to implement changes
  • Addressing and resolving escalated issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced communication and institutional quality reporting skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A full UK driving license is also desired.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position comes with a competitive salary package, including a special overtime rate, a company phone and laptop, and 25 days holiday per year.
