Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications and Collaboration Specialist to join our team at McArthurGlen Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for Teams phone and video conferencing systems, resolving issues to minimize downtime.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of software-based video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, or Bluejeans.
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert.
  • Experience of SIP management for video conferencing devices.
  • Familiarity with Clevertouch touch screen TVs and related MDM Solution.
  • Familiarity with Joan room booking system or similar.
  • Experience with Printers and MFD - all top brands (mainly HP MFD).
  • Experience with MFD centralized management solution such as Papercut.
  • Extensive experience and high-level responsibility for security and data protection within a multi-site network.
