Lyca Mobile Group is seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Telecommunications, or a related field, and demonstrated operational experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to ensure the efficient and seamless execution of procedures within the PF Channel.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director of Strategic Partnerships, team members, and external partners to guarantee timely updates on project statuses and effective communication at all levels.
  • Update and maintain operational records, such as compliance requirements, performance data, and contract documentation.
  • Generate consistent reports on channel performance, emphasizing both successes and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the analysis of operational data to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Provide assistance with the planning and execution of projects, including the management of timelines, the allocation of resources, and the monitoring of milestones.
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of services and resolve any potential issues by collaborating with service providers and vendors.
  • Guarantee that all channel operations adhere to the company's and legal standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated operational experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and well-versed in project management software.
