  • Manage a team of experienced direct reports, empowering them to lead and drive their areas of responsibility.
  • Develop and deliver regular business presentations to key stakeholders and senior leaders across local markets, the regional, and global teams.
  • Partner closely with category management, sales, and omnichannel representatives to define optimum channel strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful experience working within FMCG innovation and brand-building at a relevant level.
  • Strong experience in line management, supporting and empowering team members to grow and develop.
  • Curious, data-driven, and analytical, with expertise in NPD and renovation.
  • Full mix marketing experience, with the ability to understand the overall picture and influence of various marketing levers.
