Job Title: HR Business Partner - Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in a commercial role. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership and managers to implement HR policies and processes that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Support the development of business structures, frameworks, and systems that optimize business growth and aspirations
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify and implement employee wellbeing initiatives, role and performance evaluation initiatives, and career development plans
  • Ensure that the business has fair and transparent people practices to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced commercial or central functions environment
  • Robust knowledge of HR principles, HR practice, and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communications skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
