We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that parking regulations are enforced in a fair and consistent manner.
Key Responsibilities- Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
- Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking and report any issues with signs, lines, or street activity
- Report abandoned vehicles to management and identify equipment that requires repair
- Work collaboratively with CCTV cameras to monitor parking activity and issue PCNs as necessary
- Previous experience as a Parking Enforcement Officer or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with computerized systems
- A competitive hourly rate of £11-£12 per hour (LTD)
