Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Care Professional to join our team as an Adults Social Care Lead.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social care services to vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and supervising staff, ensuring professional standards and best practice are maintained.

You will also work closely with adults, their families, carers, and advocates, as well as external organizations, to provide appropriate social work support.

Key Responsibilities:

Safeguarding adults at risk and ensuring the principles are embedded in all procedures and practices.

Working in partnership with adults, their families, carers, and advocates to provide professional social work support.

Mentoring and supervising staff to ensure professional standards and best practice are maintained.
