About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Care Practitioner to join our Social Care Direct Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing incoming emails, providing guidance and support to team members, and identifying and directing appropriate processes and pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and prioritize incoming emails to Social Care Direct
* Provide guidance and support to team members
* Identify and direct appropriate processes and pathways
Requirements:
* Professional qualifications in Social Work, registered with Social Work England
* Experience in social care practice, especially in triaging and directing referrals
* Knowledge of adult social care processes and pathways
