Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess documentary evidence to prepare high-quality statements and spreadsheets for court hearings.
  • Prepare formal statements/affidavits to obtain restraining orders and secure vital documentary evidence.
  • Maintain knowledge of legislation, practices, and procedures related to financial institutions.
  • Build strong relationships with financial institutions to facilitate thorough investigations.
  • Conduct dynamic investigations to determine the value of individuals' assets and prepare Confiscation Orders.
  • Present evidence in court and possess desirable knowledge of Money Laundering and Fraud Investigations.
  • Hold a valid driving license for class B vehicles and be prepared to drive and travel.
