Transformative Recovery Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transformative Recovery Support Professional to join our team at Turning Point. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with enduring mental health needs.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide recovery-focused support to service users, working closely with them to develop personalized support plans and deliver interventions in a person-centered, non-judgmental manner. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain high standards of record-keeping, adhere to infection prevention control measures, and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the service.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to service users, promoting their independence and empowerment
- Support service users with medication management and daily living tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Contribute to incident reporting and recording as required
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for service users and staff
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals in their recovery journeyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-insPrevious experience in the mental health sector (desirable but not essential)What We Offer
