We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Leader to join our esteemed client, a renowned organisation in Ashford. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic finance professional to spearhead cost leadership and drive accountability.

About the Role:

This pivotal position serves as a deputy to the Head of Finance, overseeing all cost-related activities, including weekly flash reports, monthly cycles, quarterly reviews, and annual budgets.

You will be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities, implementing action plans to maximise cost performance, and presenting financial performance to the CIO and Leadership team at monthly review meetings.

A key aspect of this role is developing a close relationship with International FP&A and product owners to coordinate and effectively manage Sysco Recharges and drive system enhancements.

You will also be expected to proactively drive collaboration and alignment across all CapEx & Depreciation, serving as the primary contact for all queries and providing sound financial guidance on capital requests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing capital cash flow, driving forecasting accuracy, and developing business cases for projects.

Involvement in finance support for UK/European projects will be required to support senior management.

You will also be responsible for managing a direct report.


About You:

To be considered for this role, you must possess CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualifications, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Capex analysis, management, or appraisal work.

You should have strong analytical skills, a high level of competency in finance modelling, and the ability to think logically and outside the box.

Additionally, you must be confident in challenging the status quo where necessary and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 + car allowance, 15% bonus, pension scheme, single private medical healthcare cover, and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

The role offers a hybrid/remote working arrangement, with only one day on site per week.
