Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to our elderly residents in Richard Newcombe, Cambridge. Our Extra Care Scheme is designed to promote independence and dignity, and we need someone to help our residents maintain their independence and control over their lives.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities, and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request. You will also assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.

The role requires you to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.
