We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in London as an Education Recruitment Consultant. This is a rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for education and a drive to succeed.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing strong relationships with both schools and candidates.
  • Utilising a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the education sector.
  • Providing exceptional client service, working to understand the exact needs of schools and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the education sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Attending networking events, career fairs, and school functions to increase brand awareness and candidate attraction.
  • Advising both clients and candidates on industry standards, salary levels, and career opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards within the education and recruitment industries.
  • Utilising our CRM system to manage candidate data, client information, and track all stages of the recruitment process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven role, ideally within the education sector.
  • Strong business development abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the UK education system and qualifications would be an advantage.

  • An estimated salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
