Manufacturing Transformation Director

In this role, you will oversee the transformation of a factory, ensuring successful implementation of key changes and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Purpose:- Project planning and scoping: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder management: Engage with executives, department heads, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effectively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional project team, fostering collaborative environment and ensuring all team members are aligned with project's goals.
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, address resistance, and ensure full employee support for transformation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and project management methodologies and tools.
- Interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled at aligning project goals with overall business strategy, with forward-thinking approach that anticipates future changes and opportunities.
- Problem solving: Excellent analytical abilities to identify issues and devise effective solutions, along with flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances and requirements.
- Leadership: Capable of inspiring and motivating project team, with excellent decision-making abilities and strong sense of accountability for project results.
$145,000 - $180,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
