**Part Time Marketing Administrator**

Melksham, Wiltshire

3 days per week, 22.5 hours, 1 year contract

Part time Salary: £13,200 per annum.

We are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturer of quality, high end products. They are one of the largest international manufacturers in their sector, and have an impeccable reputation for their design and quality.

They are part of an International Group, consisting of other major brands, therefore providing strong financial stability and wide market recognition.

They now require a Part-Time Marketing Administrator to assist them with administration tasks within the marketing department.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
To provide administrative support to the Marketing Operations Manager in the delivery of excellence to their stockists.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Updating the system to drive stock on the website, ensuring all documents are processed quickly and accurately.
- Completing the weekly Web information.
- Completing the Weekly Stock update.
- Sending all sales and marketing weekly updates to department managers.
- Sending the weekly reports of Directors’ agendas.
- Administration of all enquiry requests to retailers and Territory Sales Managers.
- Administering all product sample requests to retailers and Territory Sales Managers.
- Assisting the Marketing Operations Manager with all packaging and posting requirements (new model packs, point of sale, promos etc)
- Assisting the Marketing Operations Manager with any administration (master sample labelling, updating master samples, adding product codes, updating reports etc)
- Assisting the Marketing Operations Manager with any new model process administration (allocating samples, checking dimensions, adding model codes etc)
- Manage the new stockist process, ensuring all new retailers are added to the system & website, send all new samples and POS materials to the store, removing any out of date information from all databases
- Answering the marketing phone line, answering queries and transferring calls.
- Keep an up to date stock list for all marketing materials in all storage areas. (show room, factory, storage facility)
- Any other administrative support to the Marketing Operations Manager as required

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication, with strong verbal and written abilities.
- Strong administration skills, with knowledge of office IT packages, and competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accurate keyboard skills, to conduct data inputting of information.
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Possess high attention to detail.
- A team player, with the flexibility and ability to work independently.

This is initially a 1-year contract to cover maternity leave, and an exciting opportunity to join a market leading company.

The role is part-time, average of 3 days per week and 22.5 hours. There may be some flexibility on the hours.
