Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team, responsible for communicating with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to effectively produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A working experience within a Service Advisor role.
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator.
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
