Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Bristol team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of bespoke private residential projects, from £20k to £2m, and be involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, and feasibility and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a busy project portfolio across Bristol
  • Work closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, including client meetings, design, and contract administration
  • Develop project experience within a creative environment
Requirements:
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture, or similar
  • Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects
  • An interest in Architecture / design is beneficial but not essential
