Job Title: Serviced Accommodation Property Manager

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm, with every third Saturday 10am-2pm (working from home)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a leading independent estate agent, we offer a great salary with a realistic OTE and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 45 serviced accommodations, with opportunities for expansion
  • Oversee guest management, compliance, and stock management for cleaners
  • Communicate with platforms (Air BnB) and manage a team of 3 cleaners on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage landlords and communicate with them as needed
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are maintained
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management or residential lettings or serviced accommodation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid UK driving license
