Our client, a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Property Manager to join their short-term stay department. This role is based onsite at their new serviced accommodation building in East Birmingham, close to the Airport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all communication across their 45 serviced accommodation apartments across Birmingham. Working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to guest messages across Airbnb and other platforms
- Check guests in and out of the onsite building
- Send guests late payment check out links
- Extend guests' stay upon request
- Support guests with maintenance, directions, and key collection
- Leave Airbnb reviews for past guests
- Log any maintenance reported by guests
- Accept potential guests' enquiries to stay on Airbnb
The ideal candidate will have experience in Hotel front of house or Serviced Holiday Accommodation and enjoy a busy work environment. A car is required for site visits across Birmingham, and business mileage will be paid.
