Pilates Manager on Duty Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Manager on Duty to join our team at Equinox St. James. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Pilates Manager and/or Regional Pilates Director in building and maintaining the Pilates business.
  • Act as the Pilates point of contact in the club when a Pilates Manager is not present.
  • Schedule members' comp sessions and ensure that all session vouchers are pulled.
  • Maintain the studio's cleanliness and ensure that it follows the guidelines of the Daily Cleaning SOP.
  • Inform the GM/AGM/Pilates Regional of any studio/equipment issues.
  • Check that the studio is fully stocked with Pilates forms and office supplies.
  • Attend monthly meetings with the GM/AGM and Pilates Manager or Regional Pilates Director.
Requirements:
  • Must be comprehensively certified.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching one to one sessions.
  • Previous experience in management or leadership role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be punctual and always in uniform.
  • Demonstrates time management and organization skills.
  • Exhibits professionalism and excellent customer service to members and clients.
  • Proven ability to get their clients in 1-2x per week.
