Pilates Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Manager to join our team at Equinox St. James. As a Pilates Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Pilates business, working closely with the Pilates Manager and/or Regional Pilates Director to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 50% of your time will be spent in the club, interacting with members, hosting events, and working at the Front Desk.
  • You will act as the Pilates point of contact in the club when a Pilates Manager is not present.
  • You will schedule members' complimentary sessions and ensure that all session vouchers are pulled.
  • You will maintain the studio's cleanliness, adhering to the Daily Cleaning SOP.
  • You will inform the GM/AGM/Pilates Regional Director of any studio/equipment issues.
  • You will check that the studio is fully stocked with Pilates forms and office supplies.
  • You will attend monthly meetings with the GM/AGM and Pilates Manager or Regional Pilates Director.
Requirements:
  • You must be comprehensively certified in Pilates.
  • You must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching one-to-one Pilates sessions.
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role is desirable.
  • You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be punctual and always wear the required uniform.
  • You must demonstrate time management and organization skills.
  • You must exhibit professionalism and excellent customer service to members and clients.
  • You must be able to get your clients to attend sessions 1-2 times per week.
