The Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our established team.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the technology landscape across HR and Recruitment, as well as experience with data capture, storage, and visualization technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and converting business opportunities from first discussions through to initial invoicing
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the revenue goals of the business
  • Delivering recurring revenue contracts from new clients in our target sectors
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database and pipeline
  • Self-managing and meeting sales goals, targets, and KPIs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular interactions
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Handling client queries, questions, and feedback
  • Collaborating with internal teams to cultivate a sales funnel with appropriate levels of prospects
  • Participating and contributing to regular team meetings

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who can blend their experience in technology, data, or recruitment with sales acumen to sell our talent intelligence, data, and hiring solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B solutions sales, with a strong understanding of existing HR/Recruitment technologies and experience with data capture, storage, and visualization technologies.

They will be a customer-centric individual who can quickly determine customer needs to provide solutions that add value, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

A motivated and resilient individual who can address challenges and work proactively to meet or exceed goals, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to learn quickly and develop a solid understanding of Acolyte's services and solutions.
