Job Description:

The Quality Assurance team at GSK is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products throughout their lifecycle. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in this process by reviewing and certifying finished products for release. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that batches are manufactured in compliance with laws and regulations, and that all released products meet required quality standards.

About the Role:

This is a site-based role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. You will work closely with production and operations teams to ensure that quality and compliance standards are met. As a Qualified Person, you will be responsible for taking informed decisions on the suitability of products for release, and for ensuring that deviations from Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are fully recorded and investigated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and certify finished products for release
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Monitor and investigate deviations from GMP
  • Provide oversight of change-control, complaint, distribution, self-inspection and other key processes within site's Quality Management Systems (QMS)

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Qualified Person with a strong understanding of quality and compliance principles. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
