About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Specialist to join our team at 1054 GlaxoSmithKline Services Unlimited. As a Calibration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct calibration activities on critical process and utility equipment
  • Perform fault finding, problem solving, and breakdown resolution
  • Maintain utilities equipment and improve production processes
  • Ensure statutory inspections are completed as required (e.g., ATEX, zero access, LOTO)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Validation, and Site Operations
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering qualifications and/or experience (e.g., Engineering Apprenticeship in Electrical, Calibration, or Instrumentation subjects, HNC/HND)
  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Willingness to learn and take personal accountability for work
  • Good verbal, written, and computer communication skills
