MES Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES Lead to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the site's Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Specialist team and ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic batch records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with production, quality, and technical representatives to plan, prioritize, and manage updates to eBR designs due to process changes.
• Supporting MES specialists on the deployment of annual upgrades to gain new features and functionality.
• Building relationships with each function to establish a robust communication process for effective delivery of requests.
• Managing DEs that cite eBR as a contributory cause or solution and attending CAPA selection sessions.
• Providing clear and effective communication on timeframes for requested changes and ensuring business benefits are understood.
• Being the point of contact for user support and technical issues.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in digital transformation and manufacturing execution systems. You will have excellent stakeholder management and team management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
