We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive HR initiatives and support our employees at CRU International. Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with the HRBP to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Lead HR data reporting, serving as the go-to person in the team to support regular and ad hoc data reporting.
- Manage and develop HR system tools to support HR processes, manager self-service, and employee self-service.
- Oversee right to work compliance and applications for visas.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and HR systems.
- Support the HRBP and Global Head of HR with wider projects and reports for the business.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing updates and supporting training as necessary.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor supporting a generalist workload, with experience in dealing with HR practices outside of the UK being an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
