Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Glu Recruit. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' most valuable asset - their people. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, including disciplinaries, performance management, flexible working requests, and phased returns while maintaining positive employee relations.
- Create and implement appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues; li>
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and workforce management strategies.
- Roll out of Cezanne (new Cloud based HR system) in conjunction with the project team.
- Be the effective 'Number 2' for HR Manager.
- Assist and support the HR team in their duties.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a focus on employee relations.
- Demonstrate proven experience in handling a high volume of employee relations cases with successful outcomes, preferably in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to independently assess situations and provide sound recommendations in line with our company policies.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
