Key Responsibilities
  • Grow CMI's presence and identify sales growth opportunities by engaging with key stakeholders and developing innovative engagement models.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of £3 million annually, primarily by securing new business clients and managing an existing client base to drive sales and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead strategic engagement with C-suite decision-makers to understand customer pain points, ambitions, and strategically align the value of CMI's customer offering as a solution.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop marketing solutions and drive customer engagement, identifying and implementing new working practices and processes to improve the customer journey and experience.
