- Develop and manage a sales pipeline of £3 million annually, primarily by securing new business clients and managing an existing client base to drive sales and long-term partnerships.
- Lead strategic engagement with C-suite decision-makers to understand customer pain points, ambitions, and strategically align the value of CMI's customer offering as a solution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop marketing solutions and drive customer engagement, identifying and implementing new working practices and processes to improve the customer journey and experience.

- Grown business through upselling and cross-selling across existing client portfolios.
- Developed innovative solutions to drive engagement and improve customer journey and experience, leading to uptake of products and services.
- Confident in developing and undertaking sales presentations to a senior audience and comfortable in networking at industry-leading conferences and events.
- Regularly sought opportunities for self-development and learning new skills.
- Managed a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
