Transforming Hastings Direct's Operations

We're seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Lead to drive strategic change and operational excellence within our organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and embedding our Process Improvement Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Utilize data and data mining tools to analyze process adherence levels, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement improvement measures, owning and driving delivery, and assessing impact
  • Provide internal upskilling training and ongoing support to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion collaboration, engagement, and alignment

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in process improvement and strategic change delivery, preferably in insurance, financial services, or energy
  • Solid understanding of risk, control, and assurance
  • Good understanding of commercial objectives
