About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and strategic change delivery across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and embed the Process Improvement Framework to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead strategy, process, and journey reviews using various tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Utilize data and data mining tools to identify process adherence levels, inefficiencies, leakage, control failures, root cause, and other areas of focus.
  • Document agreed actions and improvement measures, own and drive delivery of improvements, assess impact, and provide regular reporting.
  • Deliver internal upskilling training to the team and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other change teams across the function and business to champion collaboration, engagement, and alignment.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in process improvement and strategic change delivery, with operational process experience ideally gained within insurance, financial services, or energy.
  • Solid understanding of risk, control, and assurance.
  • Good understanding of commercial objectives.
