About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and strategic change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Input into the design, delivery, and embedding of the Process Improvement Framework
- Lead strategy, process, and journey reviews using various tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Use various data and data mining tools to identify process adherence levels, inefficiencies, leakage, control failures, root cause, and other areas of focus
- Document agreed actions and improvement measures, own and drive delivery of improvements, assess impact, and provide regular reporting
- Input and deliver internal upskilling training to the team and ongoing support as needed
- Work closely with other change teams across the function and business to champion collaboration, engagement, and alignment
Requirements
- Strong experience of process improvement and strategic change delivery, with operation process experience ideally gained within insurance, financial services, or energy
- Solid understanding of risk, control, and assurance
- Good understanding of commercial objectives
