Job Summary

Calibre Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering high-profile Local Authority projects across the North West. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating fee proposals, and overseeing project finances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure new projects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and agree on fee proposals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and adherence to client expectations and internal priorities.
  • Manage and control project finances, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant technical, legal, and policy changes, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and mentor colleagues within the project team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exercise personal judgment and initiative to develop innovative solutions that add value to projects.
  • Maintain a high level of professional competence, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide guidance on quality matters and technical issues, ensuring consistency and excellence across projects.
