Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM database, providing email marketing support, and developing automated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support marketing teams with daily CRM duties, including data capture and email marketing campaigns.
  • Build revenue-generating automated email marketing campaigns for author, reading community, imprint, and e-commerce newsletters.
  • Maintain online CRM courses and update best practice guides.
  • Support central reading communities through reporting and email campaigns.
  • Participate in CRM migration projects and assist in building company-wide CRM reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially email marketing.
  • Experience with industry-standard CRM tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
  • Curiosity about CRM technical aspects and data management.
  • Efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks, with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to teach complex concepts in layman's terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location

This role can be based at our London office or at one of our regional offices in Sheffield, Edinburgh, or Bristol, with a blend of in-office and homeworking.
