The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality care and support to young people. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
- Helping with daily routines and tasks
- Facilitating social activities and recreational interests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- a full UK driving licence (essential)
