Complaints Handler Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Handler to join our team at Elliott Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for providing outstanding levels of aftercare and complaint resolution to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate understanding and empathy
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers while resolving their issues
  • Make daily outbound calls to customers and contractors to proactively respond to any issues that may arise
  • Liaise with project managers as needed
  • Accurately record customer interactions on our CRM system
  • Work towards and achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Log service calls and issues with assignment numbers in the CRM system
  • Accurately update systems and reports
  • Monitor and track the status of allocated complaints
  • Ensure outstanding balances are collected from customers when work is complete
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service and complaint resolution experience
  • Empathetic with the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
