Regional Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Lead to join our growing Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and career within a management position.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the branch and will be involved in developing and coaching team members to realise their potential and develop their skills.
- This is a commercially minded role that requires the ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm and resilience to care for our existing client base as well as finding new business opportunities.
- Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
