Lead Care Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned care professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Care Home Manager to join our client's team in Eye. As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of CQC standards.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist in managing operations within the home. You will be responsible for overseeing the care staff and assuming full management in the event that the Home Manager is not present. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans
- Supervising and training care staff in all facets of their work
- Fostering effective communication with residents' families and other organisations
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including a comprehensive induction and training programme, opportunities for career development and progression, and a Blue Light Card Scheme.
