The Role

We are seeking a Nights Service Lead to join our team at Hartismere Place. This rewarding role will involve:

  • Leading and supervising your shift with confidence and expertise
  • Case managing residents and collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans
  • Administering and recording medication safely and accurately
  • Conducting risk assessments to ensure resident safety and well-being
  • Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and improve services

Requirements

To succeed as a Nights Service Lead at Care UK, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others effectively
  • Good understanding of care planning processes and procedures
  • Ability to administer medication and conduct risk assessments
  • Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and delegation abilities
