Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Oxford Health is a leading provider of physical, mental health and social care services across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care on our Older Adult Mental Health wards.

With a focus on person-centred care, you will work closely with patients, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

Your expertise in managing complex mental health conditions, including dementia and depression, will be invaluable in supporting our patients to achieve their full potential.

A strong advocate for patient-centred care, you will demonstrate a commitment to promoting recovery-focused approaches and empowering patients to take control of their own care.

We offer a supportive and dynamic working environment, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
