Night Porter

As a Night Porter at Philema Hospitality Management Enterprise, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. Your attention to detail and ability to handle complaints professionally will ensure that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome, are treated to the highest level of hospitality, and have their needs met promptly and efficiently.
- Complaint Resolution: Minimize and handle complaints professionally, in accordance with hotel policy, to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Hotel Operations: Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual, including answering telephones, checking in and out of hotel guests, and dealing with guest queries.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean public areas, set up or clear down from events and conferences, and ensure the safety and security of the building and guests throughout the night.
- Food and Beverage: Serve food and drink to the highest standard to our guests when required, and support the Food and Beverage department in aspects of their roles.
- Reception Support: Prepare aspects of departure during the night, maintain exemplary billing systems, and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company policy.
- Communication: Ensure good working relationships with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- Health and Safety: Understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
