About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Porter to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist all departments, including reception, bar, kitchen, and conference, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Complete night audit and paperwork accurately, ensuring the hotel is ready for the next day's trading.
  • Provide outstanding guest service, maximizing service opportunities to ensure return visits.
  • Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and set up according to hotel policy.
  • Prepare, serve, and clear breakfast, including using the dishwasher and general cleaning and tidying.
  • Maintain public areas, replenishing vending machines and toilet supplies, and completing necessary documentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
