Sabre, a leading technology company powering the global travel industry, is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our UK office. As a key member of our regional agency sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on new business opportunities, renewals, and share shifting initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify top opportunities and risks, informing your sales approach and tactics.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts to maximize Sabre's revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to ensure effective customer management and long-term commercial success.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Sell new solutions to existing and new customers, driving annual regional sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning Sabre as a innovative player in the territory.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting leaders to ensure activities align with the overall corporate strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership and management experience in the business travel industry.
  • Extensive understanding of the market landscape, including key players, competitive landscape, trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Success in selling and negotiating contracts to a close.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, articulate communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space.
