We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Trust-Wide Vice Principal, specialising in Inclusion, Safeguarding, and SEND. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive Leadership Pay Scale and a range of benefits.

About the Role

This role will be primarily based across our Northamptonshire and Leicestershire academies, with travel across the Trust. As a Trust-Wide Vice Principal, you will be responsible for leading our inclusion, safeguarding, and SEND initiatives, working closely with Academy Principals to create, develop, and evaluate the aims of the school in partnership with pupils, staff, governors, and parents/carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our inclusion, safeguarding, and SEND initiatives, ensuring that all students receive a world-class education and support.
  • Work closely with Academy Principals to develop and implement inclusion, safeguarding, and SEND strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to share best practices and drive improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on inclusion, safeguarding, and SEND matters.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to inclusion, safeguarding, and SEND.
