Job Description

The County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Healthcare Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electronic referrals, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence with patients, and coordinate logistics for team meetings and events.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare operations. Proficiency in basic clinical activities such as venepuncture, wound dressings, and blood glucose monitoring will be beneficial for success in this role.

Salary: £22,500 - £27,359 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
