Autism Lunchtime Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Midday Meal Supervisor to join our team at REESON Education's SEN unit in London. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for primary-aged children with Autism during lunchtime hours.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. They will also have experience working with children with special educational needs and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise children during lunch and playtimes, prioritizing their safety and wellbeing.
- Provide support for pupils with Autism, assisting them with lunchtime routines and transitions.
This part-time role comes with a competitive salary of £19,500 - £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equality.
