We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Bond Moran Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our company's credit control function, ensuring timely and accurate payment from our clients.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring prompt payment and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service and communication.
- Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and credit notes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize our credit control function and reduce bad debt.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
