We are seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to join our team, covering the Northampton area. This exciting role offers a unique blend of sales and customer service skills, with opportunities to drive business growth and make a real impact.

The Role:

  • BUILD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS within your designated territory, increasing customer spend and identifying new business opportunities.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH MANUFACTURERS, SUPPLIERS, AND INTERNAL PRODUCT SPECIALISTS to improve customer operations and reduce costs.
  • USE A CRM SYSTEM AND KPIs TO MANAGE AND GROW YOUR TERRITORY and customer spend, with full training provided.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade environment (full training provided).
  • Strong account management skills and experience working in a similar field.
