The Role
You will be responsible for managing a selection of our key customers, offering Smurfit Westrock's value package to the customer. This includes supporting the team and customers in technical value creation, innovation, quality, and sustainability. You will also develop and deliver the technical aspect of account strategies, develop innovative solutions to technical requirements, identify cost take-out initiatives, and implement value-added initiatives in line with the account strategy.

Key Skills and Qualifications
This role requires strong knowledge of site, group, and industry manufacturing processes and procedures. You should have experience in technical sales/design/account management with competence across the key responsibilities (value creation, innovation, quality, and sustainability). Additionally, you should have good commercial acumen, awareness, literacy, and numeracy skills, as well as excellent project management and coordination capabilities. You should be self-motivated, enjoy a high-paced environment, and be able to work flexibly.
