We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Children Manager at Early Connections.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings service, ensuring the quality of individual programs and facilitating effective communication between staff, families, and the Management Committee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality early childhood intervention programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, staff, and community organisations.
  • Embed human rights and organisational values in quality systems and ensure compliance with quality reporting systems.
  • Contribute to budget allocation for quality and compliance systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement systems and reporting mechanisms to identify quality risks and improve procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field with extensive management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures, program development, and community liaison.
  • Commercial expertise (desirable).
  • Enhanced time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience managing disability services and knowledge of NDIS and Disability Standards.
  • Project management experience and high-quality oral and written communication skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check & Police Check required prior to commencement.
