Children Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children Manager to join our team at Early Connections. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the quality of individual programs and services delivered to children and families.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff, families, and the Management Committee.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in stakeholder and community organisations.
- Embed human rights and organisational values in quality systems.
- Develop systems and reporting mechanisms to identify quality risks.
- Ensure compliance with quality reporting systems.
- Improve procedures and policies to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to budget allocation for quality and compliance systems.
- Maintain appropriate records, including policies, procedures, and statistical data.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field with extensive management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures, program development, and community liaison.
- Commercial expertise (desirable).
- Enhanced time management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience managing disability services.
- Knowledge of NDIS and Disability Standards.
- Project management experience.
- High-quality oral and written communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check & Police Check required prior to commencement.
